Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd provides you with two options for making payment: an International Bank Transfer or an Online Credit Card.
Please note there is a 3.5% bank surcharge added to credit card payments.
Please note the charges associated with this payment method will be borne by the sender (client). This payment mode may take up to 7 working days to complete.
Booking Policy
Note: The booking policy is subject to tours with high-end lodges. We will inform you about the policy upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Note: Only written (e-mail) cancellations based on the received date of the email will be considered valid and approved. You will receive written confirmation that your cancellation has been received. The cancellation policy applies only if full payment is made.

Amendment Policy
Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd is flexible about making amendments to meet your needs, interests, and budget, provided all changes are made in time and written form. Depending on the specific changes you request, the package price is subject to change.
Refunds
If your trip is canceled and you are entitled to receive a refund, please be advised that the bank charges incurred to process the refund will be deducted from your end.
Price Changes
All Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd package prices are subject to change concerning park fees, government taxes, or other costs incurred by Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd through government regulations and policies, the costs of which befall upon the client.
Marketing
Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd reserves the right to use any photographs/videos taken during the safari for marketing purposes. However, you retain the right to use the photographs/videos, though Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd retains copyright authority. Any use of imagery will be communicated to you, and appeals or objections on your part will be considered by Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd.
Your Responsibility
Clients must ensure all travel documents, including (but not limited to) passports, visas, and vaccination certificates (if needed) before their departure date, are valid and certified. For any vaccination, medical advice, or medical certificates, consult your physician or travel health specialist for the proper prescription. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate medical advice regarding medication, immunization, and whether or not you are fit enough to undertake the trip before departure. Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd may and will advise on matters, but such advice is not legally binding and does not constitute a substitution for government or medical certification or guarantees.
It is the client’s responsibility to check all flights and ensure all pre-booking procedures before you visit Tanzania are valid and legally sound. Clients will not receive a credit or refund of the agreed quotation if failing to prepare appropriate documents before or upon arrival. Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd does not take responsibility for any loss, theft, or otherwise of any valuables, documents, tickets, (credit) cards, money, or any other tangible good in the possession of the client.
Insurance
Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd encourages its clients to take adequate travel and medical insurance in the event of any loss or injury while on holiday. Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd can and will inform on available options and, if requested, will arrange such insurance on the condition Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd is indemnified on all accounts and such is transferred to the appropriate insurance agencies.
Luggage
All luggage and personal effects are the client’s responsibility. Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of personal belongings while in international transit. However, if your luggage gets lost while in transit or does not arrive with you, Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd will do its best to help you retrieve it and have it delivered to your hotel upon its arrival.
Clients are allowed to bring one bag of not more than 23kg (backpack or soft bag – no hardtop suitcase). Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd reserves the right to refuse excess baggage.
Customers with Disabilities and Physical Challenges
Guests with physical challenges or disabilities MUST communicate their special needs requirements at the time of the booking. These needs include but are not limited to physical, mental, or psychological medication or other needs. All necessary information must be shared clearly with Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd to understand the nature of any challenge to ensure these needs are accommodated. Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd accommodates customers with disabilities. However, there are limitations, and we wish to ensure all safeguards are in place for your experience, which may include stand-by medical assistance, adjusted vehicles or accommodation, altered itineraries, and others.
Risk
Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd will not be responsible for injury, calamity, damage, dissatisfaction, or any other damaging event (material, immaterial, or otherwise) to the client’s travel experience while on safari if and when directions, protocols, rules, or guidelines given by the responsible guide and/or Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd are not followed by the client.
The Law
The above Terms and Conditions, together with all correspondences, form part of your contract with Sakani Tanzania Safaris Ltd. This contract and any matters arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted by Tanzanian law, and the courts of Tanzania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any proceedings between us, either relating to our contract or arising out of it.
